Hi, I’m Kevin Shih.

I turn complex data and AI challenges into products that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

At Mercor, I lead programs that produce and evaluate coding data used by frontier AI labs to improve advanced models and assess their coding capabilities. Previously at Spring Health, I led work across dynamic pricing, forecasting, experimentation, and AI-powered tools for finance and sales.

My background spans applied machine learning, causal inference, and product strategy. I’m most energized by ambiguous problems and the opportunity to build meaningful products that delight users.

Outside of work, I enjoy fantasy and science fiction, trying new food, board games, and working out.
