Hi, I’m Kevin Shih.

I turn complex data and AI challenges into products that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

At Spring Health, I lead personalization work that helps connect members with the right care. I also shape how we use agents throughout ML development, helping teams move from experimentation to production faster and more consistently. Before returning to Spring, I led data and evaluation programs for frontier AI labs at Mercor. Earlier at Spring, I led work across dynamic pricing, forecasting, experimentation, and AI-powered tools for finance and sales.

My background spans causal inference, AI evaluation, and product strategy. I’m most energized by ambiguous problems and the opportunity to build meaningful products that delight users.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me reading fantasy and science fiction novels, experimenting in the kitchen, trying new foods, playing board games, or on the badminton court.
